Who am I?

I'm Joe.

Personal trainer, 5+ years. I live out of a backpack and train without gyms, wherever I am — parks, hotel rooms, kitchen floors.

Everything I teach in this seminar is the system I actually live on. No machines, no supplements, no 90-minute routines. Just movement that fits inside a real life.
